Good food and atmosphere

We went with two friends who had been before and were anxious to take us there.
It was superb, the food is typical Cypriot, cooked by husband Chris (Cypriot), while Gill (English) looked after the service.
I had Kleftice, others had lamb chops, Mousakka and Gammon and everyone cleared their plates, my Kleftico was the best i have had in Cyprus in 10 years, not fatty, but falling off the bone.
It was a very relaxing evening and although I didn't get the bill, I was told it was very reasonable.
It is definately on our 'return visit' list.

Lovely taverna

This was formally the Haven Coffee Shop, but has now been turned into a taverna. It is situated opposite St Pauls Pillar. We had a meze on our first visit which was lovely and had some more unusual home cooked dishes as opposed to loads of meat that you can't finish and a plate of chips. On our second visit they were experimenting with Thai dishes, so we both had green chicken curry which was very tasty and huge. The owner was our waitress and has a great sense of humour which kept us amused all evening. A great location, good food, prices not bad and friendly service.
